Domestic Shipping (Within Switzerland)

  • Standard Delivery (Free): 1-2 business days
  • Express Delivery: Next business day (when ordered before 2 PM)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in Bern and surrounding areas (when ordered before 11 AM)

International Shipping

  • European Union: 2-4 business days
  • Other European Countries: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-10 business days

Within Switzerland

  • Orders over CHF 100: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under CHF 100: CHF 9.90 flat rate
  • Express Delivery: Additional CHF 15
  • Same-Day Delivery: Additional CHF 25

International Shipping

  • European Union: From CHF 19.90
  • Other European Countries: From CHF 29.90
  • Rest of the World: From CHF 49.90

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package through our partner carriers: Swiss Post or DHL

Delivery Information

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
